The Seller may change the content of these General Terms, the product range, other data relating to the insignum.hr web shop and all other content without prior notice, subject to public announcement on insignum.hr, which is why Users must review the content on each visit.

We are not liable for unintentional errors in product descriptions. Prices, payment terms and promotional offers are valid only at the time of ordering and/or payment and may change without prior notice.
When completing the registration form and during checkout, Customers must enter accurate, valid and complete personal data. If incorrect data was entered, corrected data may be sent to webshop@insignum.hr, or reported by phone at 01/777 0 111.
The contract for the sale of a product between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded at the moment the Buyer places the order.
4. Ordering
The User can search for desired Products and/or services on the Seller’s pages: via the search engine, via internet advertising (banner) and by browsing categories in the menu at the top of the page. In the search results, the User can select a product and review the individual product page, which clearly states its main features and the applicable Retail price. If the User decides to purchase a particular product or service after reviewing the page on which the Seller has provided all details, they select “Add to cart”.
After adding all selected products and services, the User selects “Cart” in the upper right corner of insignum.hr. Products are purchased via the cart; both registered and unregistered Users may buy. When completing the registration form or order details at the cart step “Payment details”, the Buyer must provide accurate, valid and complete personal data. By selecting “Buy”, the Buyer makes an irrevocable offer to the Seller to purchase one or more products. Before completing the purchase, the Buyer may change product options, adjust quantities or add more products to the cart.
If the Seller cannot deliver a product because it is out of stock or cannot be ordered from the supplier, the Seller will notify the Buyer in writing as soon as possible. If notified that the ordered Product is available within an extended period, the Buyer may keep the order with a new stated delivery time or cancel the order. If the Seller notifies the Buyer that the Product cannot be ordered from the supplier, the contract is terminated by that notification, the order is cancelled, unauthorised credit or debit card transactions are cancelled immediately and, if applicable, the Seller refunds the Buyer (plus statutory interest) as soon as possible and within 7 working days at the latest.
For Product(s) not in stock and ordered on request, the Buyer must pay a deposit of at least 50% of the total purchase amount. Upon delivery, if the delivery period exceeds 30 days, the Seller must pay interest at the Seller’s commercial bank rate for three-month term savings deposits for the period from receipt of the advance payment to delivery. If the Seller does not deliver the Product(s) within the agreed period, they must return the advance payment plus default interest from receipt of the advance to payment, as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after termination of the contract. Interest is paid to the Buyer’s current account.
5. Price
Prices of products and services are expressed in euros (EUR). Prices include value added tax (VAT). Product prices do not include delivery, handling or other costs of separate services. The Seller updates displayed prices daily, so prices in retail stores may differ from prices on the insignum.hr web shop.
The Seller may change prices without prior notice and may change prices for the web shop only without prior notice. The Seller may at any time set discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for individual products, groups of products and/or all products, and for particular payment methods. Such benefits may be available for online purchases only and will be indicated to the Buyer before purchase.
6. Delivery of goods
* For web shop orders of €100.00 and above, delivery is free.
** For orders below €100.00, delivery is charged €5.00.
Delivery is made throughout Croatia, except in the case of certain islands*. Purchased products are delivered to the entrance of the residential building, whether a family house or an apartment building.
Ordered products are shipped throughout the Republic of Croatia, except for cash-on-delivery shipments to certain islands. Delivery is made to all islands if goods are prepaid; for orders marked “Cash on delivery”, delivery is made exclusively to these islands: Krk, Cres, Lošinj, Rab, Murter, Korčula, Pelješac, Vir, Pag, Hvar, Brač, Vis, Pašman and Ugljan.
Products purchased in the web shop are delivered within one to five working days, and for islands and the Dubrovnik-Neretva County area within up to seven working days. For custom-ordered items not in stock, delivery may take 5–10 business days.
Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building; for apartment buildings the carrier is not obliged to carry products to the Buyer’s floor. Access by delivery vehicle must be unobstructed; otherwise delivery is made to the nearest point where unloading is possible. Delivery is organised by the Seller via GLS. Delivery is made on working days between 8am and 4pm.
When receiving the product, the Buyer must check for visible external damage to the shipment and refuse delivery if damage is visible. Any other damage or irregularities must be reported after receipt to webshop@insignum.hr. Upon delivery, together with the purchased product, the Buyer receives all documents accompanying the product: invoice, warranty card and proof of receipt of the shipment, which they must sign. Signing the proof of receipt means the product was taken over without visible external damage.
If the product has a hidden defect (one that could not be detected by normal inspection on receipt), which the Buyer discovers when opening the product, the Buyer has the right to unilateral termination of the contract and refund, replacement of the product, removal of the defect or a price reduction.
If the Buyer refuses to accept correct/undamaged products they previously ordered, the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer for delivery costs (handling costs).
7. Payment
The Buyer may pay for ordered Products and delivery according to the method chosen when ordering via the cart. The Buyer agrees that if the Seller suspects misuse of any payment method, the Seller may request additional proof of validity of that payment method and, if such proof is not provided, may suspend the transaction and cancel the order. Payment is deemed made when money is received by the delivery service, when funds are credited to the Seller’s bank account or at the time of card transaction authorisation.
Payment for Products may be made by: cash on delivery, instalments or one-time payment with credit and debit cards, or payment to the Seller’s bank account (bank transfer, e-banking, post office, bank…).

Payment to bank account:
If the Buyer intends to pay into the Seller’s bank account (bank transfer, e-banking, post office, bank…), they must select “Payment to account” in the cart. ZABA IBAN: HR3723600001102193147
8. Warranty, service and complaints
The Seller warrants that a product used in accordance with the enclosed instructions and warranty card will function properly within the warranty period. For all products for which the Seller provides a warranty, the warranty terms stated in the warranty card apply. In the event of a defect or other fault, the Seller undertakes to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time in accordance with the Obligations Act. All electrical appliances and electrical spare parts are covered by warranty if installed in an authorised service centre. The warranty card and list of authorised repairers form part of the warranty terms and are supplied with the product.
The Buyer must keep the warranty card and invoice for the entire warranty period. The warranty card is valid upon presentation of the invoice, whether or not certified by the Seller. Product malfunction resulting from improper use and/or failure to follow instructions is not covered by warranty. Service and spare parts for the purchased product are provided through authorised repairers listed in the warranty. In the event of a defective product under warranty within the warranty period, the Customer may request repair within a reasonable time; if the item is not repaired within a reasonable time, they may request another correct item; if repair or replacement is not provided within a reasonable time, they may request a price reduction or refund.
Product complaints may be submitted via the online form. The Seller will approve return of goods after a justified complaint received exclusively in writing through the online complaint form. If other goods cannot be delivered, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer for postal costs of returning the goods and any value of goods that can no longer be delivered.
Filing a complaint:
You may send complaints, compliments, suggestions and questions: by post to Insignum d.o.o., Rujanska 11, 10000 Zagreb, and by email to prigovor@insignum.hr. The Seller will respond to all complaints within 15 days of receipt.
Liability for material defects:
The Seller is liable for material defects of products in accordance with Articles 400–422 of the Obligations Act.
The Seller is liable for material defects that existed when risk passed to the Buyer, whether or not the Seller was aware of them. The Seller is also liable for material defects arising after risk passed to the Buyer if they are due to a cause that existed earlier. The Seller is not liable for minor material defects.
A material defect exists:
– if the product lacks properties necessary for its regular use or for marketing,
– if the product lacks properties necessary for the particular use for which the Buyer procured it and which was known or should have been known to the Seller,
– if the product lacks properties and qualities expressly or implicitly agreed or prescribed,
– when the Seller delivered a product that is not identical to the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown for information only,
– if the product lacks properties that other products of the same type normally have and which the Buyer could reasonably expect given the nature of the product, especially taking into account public statements by Sellers, manufacturers and their representatives about product properties (advertisements, labelling, etc.),
– if the product was improperly assembled, provided assembly was included in fulfilment of the sales contract,
– if improper assembly results from defects in the assembly instructions.
If the subject of purchase through the insignum.hr web shop is a used (refurbished) Product, the Seller’s liability for material defects of such Product is limited to one year from delivery of the Product to the Buyer (Article 404, paragraph 3 of the Obligations Act).
9. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Detailed information on purposes, legal bases, retention periods, cookies and your rights is available in:

• What are cookies?

For privacy requests and questions write to kontakt@insignum.hr or by post to the Seller’s registered office (Rujanska 11, 10000 Zagreb).
10. Termination and return of goods
The Buyer has the right, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance within fourteen (14) days. The withdrawal period starts on the day the goods that are the subject of the contract are handed over to the Buyer. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of withdrawal within 14 days of taking over the goods, using the withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement expressing the will to terminate the contract.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods if exercising the right of withdrawal. If the Buyer does not wish to bear these costs, they may return the goods to the nearest Insignum store. Locations of all Insignum stores are at insignum.hr/kontakt/ and in the website footer.
Under Article 77(5) of the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer is responsible for any reduction in value of the purchased product resulting from handling, except what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. The Seller determines refund terms and percentage reductions due to impairment of the product. A 5% reduction applies for damaged packaging; 20% if returned without original packaging. If the product was used (except use necessary to establish nature, characteristics and functionality) or damaged, the reduction depends on assessment by an authorised service centre.
Under Article 76(3) of the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer must return the goods in full, in original packaging and with all accessories (chargers, cables, instructions, etc.). In partial returns, any missing item will be charged at full price.
The Buyer may not withdraw from the contract for: goods made to the Buyer’s specification and clearly personalised; sealed audio or video recordings or computer programs unsealed after delivery; easily perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life; or digital content not supplied on a physical medium.
11. Termination and return of goods for legal entities
If an R1 invoice is issued for a legal entity, the contract cannot be cancelled under consumer withdrawal rules. Companies, trades and other legal entities may return purchased items under warranty conditions, but do not have the right to withdraw within 14 days without reason as natural persons do.
12. Pre-contractual notice

7. Payment terms, terms of delivery of goods or provision of services, time of delivery or provision and, if any, means of handling consumer complaints
8. Conditions, deadlines and procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, and the withdrawal form under Article 74(1) of this Act, where that right exists
9. That the consumer must bear the cost of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal under Article 72 of this Act, or, for distance contracts, the cost of returning goods that by their nature cannot be returned by post in the usual way
10. That if the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal under Article 72 after making a request under Article 64 or 70, they must pay the trader a reasonable part of the price under Article 77(7)
11. That the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal under Article 72 where excluded under Article 79, or the circumstances in which the consumer loses that right

20. Out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms and/or compensation schemes, and how the consumer may use them.
All notices required under the Consumer Protection Act are contained in these General Terms.
The Seller will provide the Buyer as a consumer with confirmation of the pre-contractual notice in writing or another durable medium available to the consumer as soon as possible and no later than at delivery of the product or start of the service. By accepting these General Terms, the Buyer agrees that confirmation may be sent by email to the address provided when ordering or by post to the home address together with delivery of the Product and invoice.
13. Online dispute resolution

The platform can be used by consumers and traders, and complaints may be filed in any of the 23 official EU languages. The system may be used only for complaints relating to online purchases.
14. Disposal of WEEE waste
WEEE waste collection:
Insignum d.o.o., as a seller who sells electrical and electronic equipment directly to household or non-household customers using distance communication (via internet, telephone, catalogue, etc.), must inform Buyers on its website of the location where free collection of WEEE waste generated by that equipment is available, which must be in the local government unit where the customer resides.
Electronic devices contain several hundred different materials. Some can be reused after the device’s useful life, but many substances can be very harmful if WEEE waste is handled improperly. To prevent harmful effects on the environment and human health, WEEE waste must be collected separately from municipal waste and disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
You may leave WEEE waste at our retail stores; locations are here. In the Republic of Croatia there is an organised free WEEE disposal system through authorised collectors. Call the toll-free number 0800 444 110 or send an SMS to 098 444 110 and, if you have more than 30 kg of WEEE waste, an authorised collector will pick it up at your address. You can obtain all necessary information on the same number. You may also submit an order on www.eeotpad.com and by email to prijava@eeotpad.com.
You may also take WEEE waste to your nearest recycling centre.
Types of WEEE waste:
All electrical and electronic devices and equipment that must be disposed of separately from other waste are labelled with the WEEE mark (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). By handing discarded devices only to authorised collectors, you ensure proper disposal and help protect the environment and human health.
WEEE waste can be categorised into 10 main device groups:
