Privacy policy for www.insignum.hr in accordance with Art. 13. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We want you to feel good and safe when you visit our website   www.insignum.hr  (hereinafter: insignum.hr). Protecting your privacy is very important to us because we understand the protection of personal information as a quality feature that applies to the customer. The purpose of the following privacy principles is to inform you of how Insignum doo (hereinafter: Insignum) handles the collection, processing and use of personal information.

Purpose of the data processing / legal basis: The information you provide to us when filling out the contact form, phone call or e-mail is treated confidentially. We use your information solely for the purpose of processing your request. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Insignum's legitimate interest arises from an interest in responding to the requests of our customers and visitors to this Website and thus maintaining and encouraging their satisfaction.

Recipients / categories of recipients:  We generally do not pass information to third parties outside of Insignum. In exceptional cases, data is processed by our billing executors. We have carefully selected and verified them and are bound by the contract under Art. 28. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Furthermore, there is a possibility that in order to process your request, parts of this request must be forwarded to the contracting partners (eg suppliers in case of a product-specific request).

Storage period / criteria for determining storage period:  All personal information you provide to us through requests (suggestions, praise or criticism) on this site or by e-mail will be deleted or anonymously deleted at least 90 days after our last reply. The 90-day shelf life stems from the fact that, after responding as a customer, you can contact us again for the same thing, and in that case we need to be able to build on our previous correspondence. Experience has shown that after 90 days of our answers no longer return questions.

According to Art. 15 (1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right, upon request, to obtain information on your personal information stored at Insignum doo free of charge.
